Article 2 - Establishment of the agreement
The agreement between Simplymooi and consumers is achieved if the consumer's order has been completed and accepted at www.simplymooi.nl and those confirmed by Simplymooi through an email.
Article 3 - Prices
The prices on this site include VAT. Where it concerns a temporary promotional price, this is clearly communicated on the site. For all orders (net purchase without shipping) within Netherlands upto € 99, - will be charged an additional € 3.95 for postage, unless otherwise stated in promotional periods or pick up option at our shop is selected.
Orders above the value € 99, - will be shipped free of cost. For orders below € 99, - you pay € 3.95 transportation charges.

Article 4 - Delivery
Simplymooi takes utmost care while shipping the ordered products and the receipt of the return and exchange items. Simplymooi ship the accepted orders as quickly as possible after receipt of the orders.
If your order is complete, received and accpeted, it will be shipped within 3 or 5 days if the item is in stock. In case of make to orders, it will take up to 5-7 working days before your order is sent. If an order can not be delivered because the ordered items are not in stock or for any other reason, you'll receive as soon as notice within 3 days after the order is placed. After consulting you either an alternate item can be shipped or your money will be returned back.
Article 5 - Delivery address and delivery service
You can have your order delivered at your door or you can specify a different delivery address (refer to the ordering process). Free pick up your order at the store is also possible (exclusive in our store at Lupinentuin 4, Bergschenhoek).
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal, exchange and return
For your purchased items you get a view period of 14 days. This period begins on the day when you receieve your article. During this time you have a right of withdrawal. This means you have the opportunity to return the purchased items within this period. There is specific return policy for the order specially made for your size (please refer below).
If you wish to return something, please read the return policy first and must be reported within 14 days of the receipt of the product to our site or through the e-mail email@example.com . After 14 days period return will not be accepted. You can download here return form.
In principle, transportation costs of returning items is fully borne by the customer. Any damage that occurs during the return shipment will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
Furthermore, Simplymooi can only accept returns of product and / or products if following conditions are met:
- The product and / or the products are in the original, undamaged packaging
- The product and / or the products are in original condition
- The product and / or the products were not used
- The product and / or the products are clean
- The product and / or the products were not made to fit your size.
- If the product and /or products (eg. a dress) is tailor-made for you, you can only exchange or get a voucher which is valid for 6 months.
Products should be returned back to following address:
Your money will be refunded to the same account from which you paid for the order. It may take about 10 days to process and get money in your account back.
Article 7 - Transport guarantee
The risk of damage and / or loss up to the time of delivery to customer is responsibility of Simplymooi, unless otherwise expressly agreed. If you notice any damage on the packaging before opening your package, please immediately contact Simplymooi or report it to the carrier. If you have already opened the package when you discover the damage, follow the instructions on the return and exchange form accompanying the shipment. Unused damaged items will be replaced free of charge by Simplymooi.
Article 8 - Age
Simplymooi does not accept orders from anyone under the age of 18.
Article 9 - Complaints:
If you have a complaint, you may contact Simplymooi: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you asap Simplymooi takes all complaints seriously and will work with you to look for a suitable solution within reasonable limits.
Arktikel 10 – Modification right
Simplymooi is take care that the information on website is complete and correct. However, it may happen that there are typing and or pricing errors are found. Simplymooi has all rights to correct them as appropriate at any time. Customer does not have any right to claim for the content changed on the site.
Article 11 - Different or additional terms and conditions
Deviating or additional conditions, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions may not be to the detriment of consumers and should be recorded in writing or may be stored in a simple way by the consumer in a suitable ways.
Article 12 – Disputes
All disputes, even if only perceived to be by one of the parties to submit exclusively be submitted to the competent judge in the place of Simplymooi.nl unless the judge is authorized. Simplymooi is, however, free to refer the dispute to the competent court under the Act.
Any agreement between Simplymooi and the customer will be delt exclusively with applicable Dutch law and in the jurisdiction where Simplymooi is located.
